Michael V. Randolph Sr., the Founder, President and Board Member of RTTS was a Veteran Administration Biomedical Engineering Technician. In the performance of his job, he worked closely with veterans in a life support capacity. He is a disabled retired Navy veteran that was able to earn his education under the former GI Bill and work within the Department of Veterans Affairs system. Here he was exposed to the plight of the many men and women who were not able to be housed due to their disabilities.
Through RTTS Mr. Randolph, Board Members, and staff are able to provide these and other services, which saves and sustains the lives of disabled veterans. Other social services will soon be offered to the veteran community RTTS presently serves.
